Il a \u00c3\u00a9tudi\u00c3\u00a9 pour obtenir un Master of Business Administration (MBA), un Master of Arts (MA) en ressources humaines et d\u00c3\u00a9veloppement organisationnel (HROD), un Master of Arts (MA) en journalisme et communication (MAJC), un MBA en banque et finance islamiques, un Bachelor of Science (BSC) en formation commerciale, un Bachelor of Arts en gestion du marketing, un dipl\u00c3\u00b4me en marketing et vente et un Certificate in Insurance du Chartered Insurance Institute, Angleterre (CII, UK). Il a obtenu son premier dipl\u00c3\u00b4me et sa Ma\u00c3\u00aetrise \u00c3\u00a0 Addis-Abeba et dans d&#8217;autres universit\u00c3\u00a9s renomm\u00c3\u00a9es. Il a \u00c3\u00a9galement \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 fr\u00c3\u00a9quemment charg\u00c3\u00a9 de cours dans divers coll\u00c3\u00a8ges et universit\u00c3\u00a9s priv\u00c3\u00a9s locaux, ainsi que dans des institutions acad\u00c3\u00a9miques, dont l&#8217;Institut \u00c3\u00a9thiopien d&#8217;\u00c3\u00a9tudes financi\u00c3\u00a8res (EIFS).
