Elle a travaill\u00c3\u00a9 pendant 12 ans avec le DFID britannique en tant que Conseill\u00c3\u00a8re sur les moyens de subsistance et le changement climatique pour d\u00c3\u00a9velopper des programmes de protection sociale, de gestion des catastrophes et d&#8217;adaptation au changement climatique en Afrique et en Asie du Sud avant de rejoindre le PNUD en 2013.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Joanne est passionn\u00c3\u00a9e par le fait d&#8217;aider les pays \u00c3\u00a0 renforcer leurs syst\u00c3\u00a8mes nationaux afin de mieux acc\u00c3\u00a9der aux financements nationaux et internationaux et de les g\u00c3\u00a9rer.
