Il a contribu\u00c3\u00a9 \u00c3\u00a0 des projets majeurs sur le march\u00c3\u00a9 marocain de l&#8217;assurance, tels que la couverture des risques catastrophiques et le risque bas\u00c3\u00a9 sur la solvabilit\u00c3\u00a9 (SBR).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Avec plus de 23 ans d&#8217;exp\u00c3\u00a9rience professionnelle, Salaheddine a commenc\u00c3\u00a9 sa carri\u00c3\u00a8re dans les industries p\u00c3\u00a9troli\u00c3\u00a8res et t\u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a9coms en France, avant de prendre un virage significatif vers le secteur de l&#8217;assurance. \u00c3\u20ac la Caisse Centrale de R\u00c3\u00a9assurance \u00c3\u00a0 Paris (CCR), il a occup\u00c3\u00a9 le poste de Senior Catastrophe Modeler, se concentrant sur le d\u00c3\u00a9veloppement de mod\u00c3\u00a8les d&#8217;\u00c3\u00a9valuation des dommages caus\u00c3\u00a9s par les catastrophes naturelles, notamment li\u00c3\u00a9s aux inondations et aux affaissements. Par la suite, il a occup\u00c3\u00a9 le poste de Directeur des Risques \u00c3\u00a0 la Soci\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 Centrale de R\u00c3\u00a9assurance (SCR) \u00c3\u00a0 Casablanca, o\u00c3\u00b9 il a ensuite \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 promu Directeur Ex\u00c3\u00a9cutif, agissant en tant que Directeur des Risques et des Techniques, o\u00c3\u00b9 il a mis en \u00c5\u201cuvre le cadre de gestion des risques d&#8217;entreprise (ERM).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Avant d&#8217;occuper son poste \u00c3\u00a0 la F\u00c3\u00a9d\u00c3\u00a9ration Marocaine des Assurances, M. Salaheddine a occup\u00c3\u00a9 le poste de Directeur R\u00c3\u00a9gional des Risques chez Allianz Africa Financial Services, o\u00c3\u00b9 il a jou\u00c3\u00a9 un r\u00c3\u00b4le cl\u00c3\u00a9 dans l&#8217;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement de la politique de risque pour les filiales d&#8217;Allianz en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Salaheddine AJI est \u00c3\u00a9galement membre du Comit\u00c3\u00a9 Ex\u00c3\u00a9cutif de la GAIF et membre du Comit\u00c3\u00a9 Vie de l&#8217;OAA.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Il est titulaire d&#8217;un Doctorat en Math\u00c3\u00a9matiques Appliqu\u00c3\u00a9es de l&#8217;Universit\u00c3\u00a9 des Sciences de Fez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salaheddine AJI occupe actuellement le poste de Directeur G\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9ral (PDG) de la F\u00c3\u00a9d\u00c3\u00a9ration Marocaine des Assurances (FMA).
