Benjamin Semugga is a Senior Marketing Actuary in Swiss Re’s Life and Health division. His focus is on reinsurance and balance sheet optimisation solutions. With a decade of experience in the life and investment industry, he has diverse expertise in product development & distribution, capital management, balance sheet reporting and actuarial valuations.
He is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa and holds a BSc. (Hons) in actuarial science from the University of Pretoria. Benjamin believes that true financial inclusion and the growth of small businesses across the continent of Africa will change the world.
